Richard Rothstein and Co's "Best-in-the-Business" Return Policy  

You can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of all monies paid. If you don't want it, don't keep it. No surcharges, no restocking fees, no funny business. No kidding!

The only exception to this is for items in our Private Pillow Sale. They're sold at 50% off and are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please note, however, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the merchandise must be properly packed, tracked, and insured. (Obviously, all merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition.)

After 14 days, all purchases will be deemed "final sale" and cannot be returned or refunded.

This return policy only applies to sales within the continental United States. For all other locations(except Canada), all sales are final.
